Emily Carroll is a Founding Partner of Colizza & Carroll LLP. She graduated from the University of Waterloo with an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Legal Studies and went on to receive a Juris Doctor from the University of Western Ontario, Faculty of Law in London, Ontario

Prior to establishing Colizza & Carroll LLP, Emily completed her articles at a prominent boutique litigation firm in Toronto and worked as an Associate at a mid-sized family law firm in Kitchener and Brantford. She is a member of the OBA, CBA, and Waterloo Region Law Association.

Emily has appeared in the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice (including the Unified Family Court), and the Court of Appeal for Ontario.

Outside of work, Emily likes to read, stay active with friends by attending local spin and fitness classes, and travel.

Anthony Colizza is a Founding Partner of Colizza & Carroll LLP. He graduated from Oakland University in Michigan with an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science, while also playing on the university’s hockey team. He then went on to receive a Juris Doctor from Lakehead University, Bora Laskin Faculty of Law in Thunder Bay, Ontario.

Prior to establishing Colizza & Carroll LLP, Anthony completed his practice placement and worked as an Associate at a mid-sized family law firm in Kitchener and Brantford. He is a member of the OBA, CBA, and Waterloo Region Law Association.

Amber Scott is an accomplished law clerk with over ten years of experience.

Catherine Wu is an associate lawyer at Colizza & Carroll LLP. She graduated from the University of Guelph with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce, went on to receive a Juris Doctor from the University of Saskatchewan, and was licensed as a lawyer in Ontario.

Prior to joining Colizza & Carroll LLP, Catherine completed her articles and worked as an associate at a prominent boutique litigation firm in Toronto, then operated a general practice serving both Toronto area and the Kitchener Waterloo region. She is a member of the Ontario Bar Association and the Waterloo Region Law Association.

Catherine has appeared in the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice (including the Unified Family Court).

Catherine is fluent in and provides services in both English and Mandarin.

Erica Greshuk graduated from Brock University with an Honours Bachelor Degree in Studio Arts. She furthered her studies by graduating from TriOS College with a Law Clerk Specialist Diploma.
